Diagnose
Business issues come in many forms, misaligned strategy, inadequately trained people, inefficient processes and/or tools that just don't work. Oftentimes more than one of these issues blocks the road to success in your organization. At Percentix we help you assess your current state in order for you to better prioritize which issues to address and in which order.
Accurately diagnosing performance management problems starts with understanding our client's current state. We conduct extensive onsite interviews with key stakeholders to understand their challenges and pain points around both functional and technical issues.
After the current state is defined and mapped, we work with senior leaders to understand their objectives and future vision. By mapping the current state vs. the future vision we're able to accurately diagnose the performance management issues our clients face and put a roadmap in place to achieve their goals.
Design
Once we've accurately diagnosed the key challenges at our clients we're able to design solutions that allow you address your issues in strategy, people, process and tools.
Strategy and design are the next steps on the critical path to success for any engagement. In the past, performance management solutions were typically positioned as technology solutions. Today, competitive business conditions require that these solutions serve a strategic and integrated functional purpose. Percentix has worked on and studied hundreds of performance management related implementations in an effort to holistically approach new programs and engagements. We are constantly pushing the boundaries of best practice techniques and methodologies; all in a concentrated effort to maximize our client's performance.
Deliver

Deploy
Successful deployment of a solution to end-users is critical to that solution's success within an organization. At Percentix we help you identify key stakeholders and assist in getting them trained and educated about the solution so your organization gets the maximum benefits from the solution and eliminates the business issue.
We provide both general training to our clients on the technology but also custom training and documentation on how the technology and functional processes will work together. By providing the necessary training and documentation our clients have the knowledge to optimize their EPM investments both immediately after the implementation but also far into the future.
